Supply, Installation, Maintenance and Support of Breach and Attack Simulation Solution for the African Development Bank
Reference: ADB/RFP/TCGS/2026/0088

1. The African Development Bank (the Bank) intends to select a company for the supply and implementation of a database monitoring solution.
2. The Bank invites technical and financial proposals from experienced companies for the provision of these services.
3. Interested bidders must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries. The list is available at: https://www.afdb.org
4. The scope of services and required forms are described in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document available at:
   https://www.afdb.org/en/aboutus/corporateprocurement/procurement-notices/current-solicitations
5. Bidders wishing to submit an offer must register by sending an email to:
   tender@afdb.org
6. This procurement process will be conducted through the Bank’s online tendering platform.
   Bidders must register via:

7. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted no later than May 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM (Abidjan time, Côte d’Ivoire).

9. Late proposals will not be accepted by the system.
10. Bidders will be informed of the results in due course.
